The flexographic printing workshop set up by Joint Venture “AMIPAK”, an open joint stock venture, is equipped with hi-tech printing and film-slitting machines by such firms as «BFM», «BIELLONI» and «KAMPF» that allow us to carry out the entire production cycle:
• packaging design,
• services on the production of photopolymeric printing plates by digital and analog means,
• printing ,
• lamination,
• size slitting,
• packing of finished goods.
Maximum number of colours is 8.
Printing speed is up to 250 m/min
Maximum width of the printed material is 1200 mm.
Flexible roll thickness is from 12 up to 200 µm.
Joint Venture “AMIPAK”, an open joint stock venture, is equipped with glue laminator «Jullia» by «BIELLONI» for the production of all possible composite materials including those with interlayer printing. The paint layer is between the other layers, which protects it from outside impact and makes the appearance of the packaging better.
Flexographic printing is applied to the following kinds of packing roll materials:
Five –ply LDPE film with a printed pattern for packing dairy products, mayonnaise, soils, sanitary goods:
• transparent ( transparent LDPE film)
• white ( white LDPE film)
• black and white ( black and white LDPE film)
Bi-oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) with a printed pattern for packing ice-cream, cereals, baked goods, grocery and sanitary ware:
• transparent (transparent BOPP)
• pearly white (pearly white BOPP)
• metallized (metallized BOPP)
Composite materials with an interlayer printed pattern:
- BOPP/transparent BOPP for packing frozen semi-products, pasta, cereals, baked goods and grocery-ware;
- BOPP/pearly white BOPP for packing ice-cream, pasta, cereals, baked goods and grocery-ware;
- BOPP/metalized BOPP for packing pasta, cereals, curd snacks, baked goods and grocery-ware;
Composite materials with an interlayer printed pattern:
- BOPP/transparent LDPE for packing frozen semi-products, pasta, cereals, baked goods and grocery-ware;
- BOPP/white LDPE for packing frozen semi-products, grocery and sanitary ware, powdered detergents;
- PET/white LDPE for packing mayonnaise (DOYPACK packing).
Barrier composite materials with an interlayer printed pattern:
- PET/transparent, silver, golden LDPE for vacuum packing of curds, semi-finished and finished meat products, fish.
Composite foil-backed film materials with a printed pattern:
- Foil-paper material Paper/ LDPE /Foil/ LDPE for packing medicines, paste-type foods, wipes and baked goods.
- Paper backed foil LDPE/paper/LDPE/foil (three and four-ply) with a printed pattern for packing fat-and-oil products, ice-cream, baked goods, cottage cheese and curd snacks for which high-speed weighing-and-packing machines are used. It is also used as packing material for the production of cigarettes and tobacco goods.
Laminated paper with a printed pattern for packing medicines, sugar and spices.
Laminated cardboard with a printed pattern for producing disposable containers.
Joint Venture “AMIPAK”, an open joint stock venture, has a well-equipped design studio at its disposal which allows it to work out quality package design undertime as well as its original preprinted layout and produce photopolymer printing plates.
Its own truck park allows the company to deliver the produced materials quickly to the clients.
